Congratulations on the Top 50 Award! We've never met, but I bought your classes from The Teaching Company, and I have your books, too. I believe that powerful ideas need powerful advocates if the ideas are to make a difference in the real world. Keep up the great work, and I hope you get many more awards!
It is the good criteria to get the help from the business professors because we can share all the problems with them and also we can get the best result.
I am a professor of management at Bryant University in Smithfield,
RI. I joined the faculty at Bryant after six years as a faculty member
at Harvard Business School. I've also spent time as a Visiting
Professor at NYU.
My research, teaching, and consulting focuses on strategic
decision-making processes and senior management teams. The Teaching
Company released my newest course - Transformational Leadership - in
June 2011. My most recent book is titled Know What You Don't Know: How
Great Leaders Prevent Problems Before They Happen,(Wharton School
Publishing, 2009). The book focuses on how leaders can become more
effective "problem-finders."

Your government group should indicate a combination area of your company and it should become a heart of quality for your company.
