Finkelstein's New Book on Decision-Making

Sydney Finkelstein and colleagues have an interesting new book about decision-making that has hit the bookstores. The title is: Think Again: Why Good Leaders Make Bad Decisions and How to Keep it From Happening to You. I had the opportunity to read a draft of the book several months ago. The authors offer a very practical guide for leaders who want to improve their decision-making, drawing upon interesting new science regarding how the brain works as well as their own field research in many businesses.
